VideoVerse acquires esports AI video platform Reely.ai

The acquisition of Reely.ai by US-based video editing company VideoVerse is announced by VideoVerse , an AI-powered content creator platform focused on sports and esports.

Reely will be integrated into VideoVerse as a result of the acquisition. This will improve the company’s content creation capabilities in the esports, and gaming segments. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Reely is most well-known for its AI-powered tools, which allowed for faster content creation and video production.

The platform automatically finds the highlights and key moments in livestreams of games like Fortnite and Rocket League and creates videos from them.

Reely’s product is available for streaming esports on Twitch, other platforms, as well as similar products for traditional sports matches.

VideoVerse offers similar tools such as Illusto which allows users to edit videos using AI.

VideoVerse now has a tool to help it be present in the gaming and esports markets. Reely’s technology is being integrated into existing solutions by VideoVerse to improve its gaming market presence, the company stated.
