The 2024 World Series of Poker has already been announced!

While the schedule for tournaments will not be revealed until the beginning of the next year, officials have confirmed that The 2024 WSOP $10,000 main event will run from July 3- 17.

The Series will return to the Las Vegas Strip, where it has been since Paris Las Vegas, and Horseshoe.

When is the WSOP 2024 Main Event?

The 2024 WSOP Main Event will be held on Wednesday, 3rd July and last for two weeks, ending Wednesday, 17th July.

It is a tournament that follows a record breaking year in which Daniel Weinman won the Main Event with $12.1 million. The Main Event was the biggest in the 54-year-history of the WSOP, surpassing the 8,663 players Jamie Gold who won a $12-million first-place prize in 2006.

Did you know? In 2023, the Main Event had 10,043 participants – up from the 8,663 in 2022. The prize money was over $93,000,000.

The $10,000 buy-in will remain the same, but players can choose between four different starting dates from July 3 to 6, 2024. Late registration is also available on Day 2ab, Sunday, July 7, and Day 2cd, Monday, July 8,.

The dates for the 2024 WSOP will be announced in January. The schedule is usually released by the end of February.
